Perfection .. No such thing

You will strive for it, but you will miss out on what is most important to you.

New mothers and NICU mothers are trying to do everything perfect and in doing this, they are exhausting themselves and forgetting to just enjoy their baby!

There are NO rules for babies, there are just guideline. Every baby is different, you need to key into your baby and see how they respond to you. You will come to know the different cries; hungry, fighting sleep, gassy or just come pick me up cry.

You cant do strict schedules with babies, you will always have variables and just know that’s it’s ok. Schedules are great but just know it’s a relaxed one.

Enjoy your baby and don’t stress about getting everything done perfectly.
